Refund policy

At Dolce & Salato, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Our policy lasts 2 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, find the product at a lower price elsewhere, or the product is free from defects.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. These include fresh, chilled, or frozen products, as well as baby food and milk.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


If approved, your refund will be processed using either:

  • A discount voucher of the same value for your next purchase, or

  • A refund via the original payment method.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take several days for your refund to appear.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

If a delivery needs to be reorganized after the driver is already on the way, an additional fee of AED 20 will apply.
