Shipping policy
At Dolce & Salato, we are committed to delivering our fresh pastries and gourmet products quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are prepared with care and dispatched daily to ensure the highest quality upon arrival.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the UAE, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Umm Al Quwain
- Al Ain
- Ras Al Khaimah
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 8:00 AM are processed and dispatched the same day whenever possible.
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries take place during standard working hours.
If you have a specific delivery request or preferred time, please include it in the order notes. While we cannot guarantee specific time slots, our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Thresholds
Free Delivery
- Dubai: Free delivery on orders of AED 350 or more
- Abu Dhabi: Free delivery on orders of AED 500 or more
- Other Emirates (Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah): Free delivery on orders of AED 850 or more
Delivery Charges (below the free delivery minimum)
- Dubai: AED 30
- Abu Dhabi: AED 30
- Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah: AED 95
