We deliver fresh across the UAE within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed before 8 AM are dispatched the same day whenever possible, and orders after 8 AM go out the next working day. We deliver Monday to Saturday and send you tracking once your order is on the way.

Delivery is free in Dubai on orders over AED 350, in Abu Dhabi over AED 500, and in the other Emirates over AED 850. Below those amounts delivery is AED 25 in Dubai, AED 40 in Abu Dhabi, and AED 80 in the rest of the UAE.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us at info@dolcesalato.ae within 2 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. For hygiene and safety, fresh, chilled, and frozen items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
