Precious extravirgin olive oil from the “Peranzana” monocultivar olive. It is a very small olive grove of centuries-old trees that produces a very limited amount of olives that from a centuries-old tradition are handed down from generation to generation the farmers of the house of Torremaggiore. The olive harvesting is carried out in a traditional and manual way.
